How many conferences have you missed because you learnt about them after registration deadline? Or maybe you didn’t find out there were other conferences matching your interests. Use Conference Bear and do not miss out on important scientific events ever again!

Hello!

Conference Bear will move in on your device to help you to:
1. find the next conference you will go to
2. have conference information you need by hand anytime
2’. save trees - you won’t need printed programmes anymore!

We are pleased to introduce you to the Conference Bear (CB) app which will help you to Search for the conferences of your interest. You can also create Alerts that will inform you once the specific conferences are added to our database, shortlist conferences on your Favourites list and browse through the profiles of the scientific events.

All conference profiles in CB base contain at minimum: name, dates, place and description. Some featured conferences will include more information like the current Agenda, Speakers’ details, abstracts, Live feed and more.

Why Conference Bear?
We have been organising conferences and doing science ourselves and so we wanted to create a tool that would help and improve the experience of both conferences’ participants and organisers. We are still in our early stage of the project, but our plans are big and Conference Bear will improve itself with time. In the meantime you are welcome to help Conference Bear to learn his lesson and provide feedback in comments.

New conferences
If the conference that you are organising or wish to attend is not yet in our database you can add it for free (basic data) by submitting the form on our website. Once checked by our team we will add it to our database. For adding more details (Agenda, Speaker info, etc.) please visit our website for more information.
